We are pleased to inform that Winner Movies has acquired the rights to distribute Super Star Mahesh and Amrita Rao’s forthcoming movie ‘ATHIDI’. The movie is directed by Surender Reddy and produced by KPPL. We have already witnessed the super hit album of the year from Manisharma, beautiful lyrics by Sirivennela/Chandrabose/Bhaskarabhatla and promising video clips with very high technical values. Movie is expected to release on Oct 18^th, 2007.

Buzz: Brahmanandam Had Sabadi In Thailand

Brahmanandam is very hot even at his above middle age. He likes to spend time as a youngster whenever he goes abroad. He likes Thailand for the plethora of body massages available there.

In a recent visit to Thailand, Brahmanandam spent long time in Pattaya and enjoyed all sorts of massage packages by becoming a regular customer to a massage center for about 10 days. Paruchuri Brothers have become very greedy now. The lands at Chitrapuri Colony are intended to confer for poor technicians and financially suffering junior artistes of Tollywood.

But Paruchuri Brothers have kept their fingers in that out of greed. They booked their flats in them. The cost of the flat as per the land price prevailing there is approximately Rs 45 Lakh. But the flats are being given away for poor people at Rs 7 lakhs. Inside sources say that Paruchuri Brothers are greedy for those flats as they are available at 1/7 th of the market price.

The two brothers have very big independent houses in Film Nagar and Mehdipatnam. They take lakhs and lakhs of rupees for each film. But still they want a piece of share from poor man's bread as well. Hence the poor artistes are talking ill about their greed, spitting on them and using the words of wrath for their selfishness.

Reel Talk: Suneetha's Dubbing For Genelia

Singer Suneetha has freshly given her dubbing voice for Genelia for the film 'Mister Medhavi'. The Post Production activities of the film are going on at swift pace and now the dubbing and mixing activity is going on. Genelia is not comfortable with Telugu like Charmy who learnt very fast.

Sources said that although director Neelakanta thought to make Genelia give her own dubbing, he delayed the idea and took the help of Suneetha as Goan girl Genny is yet to go comfortable with Telugu diction.

Raja is playing lead role in the film and Neelakanta is now coming up with a film that appeals for all segments of audiences including class, mass and youth.

Screen Talk: Cricket Mania Of Senior Actress

Murali Mohan shared her sweet moments with Jayasudha. He said that they have acted in a few films together and she had great love for cricket and Diwali that she used to ask for leave those days.

He continued, "When the shooting has to be completed, the directors and producers used to arrange a TV set in the shooting spot for the sake of Jayasudha. She used to watch the matches in shot gaps".

It is true that Jayasudha is still a fan of cricket and never skips any match that airs on TV channels.

Chandrababu, YSR and Chiranjeevi On TV5

Today the new channel TV5 is going to get inaugurated by three stalwarts of three different focal points. They are Nara Chandrababau Naidu, YSR and Padmabhushan Chiranjeevi. The special interviews are also going to be relayed on TV5 this evening. The live telecasts of the TV are going to start from 4:30 PM today.

Will this incessant News Channel give tough competition for TV 9? That has to be wait and seen. NTV that was started a few weeks ago hasn't got any push till now. We have to see the plight of TV5 now.

By the way, today is Gandhi Jayanthi and there is a gossip that Chiranjeevi will be announcing about his new party today. There is no update on that yet. Still, let us wait and see.

Happy Days film was released on 28 of September with 7 prints all over USA and opened with excellent response. By looking at the positive feedback, distributed is adding 6 more prints for the second week. These prints are being shipped now. The unit of Happy Days will be visiting all the theaters playing in Hyderabad on 2nd October.

Can 'Cine Varasatwam' Be Stopped With This?

Reel Talk: 'Happy Days' In Tamil And Hindi Too

'Happy Days' is going to be dubbed into Tamil shortly as per the grapevine. Prakash Raj bagged the rights of the film to release it in Tamilnadu. The fresh talk also says that the producers from Bollywood are coming forward to buy the remake rights of the film. For the amount of natural appeal in subject with lively college story, it is appearing to be universal.

The film is appealing for all USA audience in bigger way and the soft humor in the film is tickling the present day student community on a whole.

Right now the talks are going on with two different producers from Bollywood as per the grapevine from industry sources. There are no official announcements on this yet.

Box-Office: Chirutha Tops The List

'Happy Days' released in USA this week and it is ruling roost in all the centers. The film is releasing in India on 2nd October. We have to see how the film will work out in India and influence the box office records. And the records in India as of now are:

1. Chirutha:
The openings of the film are tremendously big and almost all the shows are running with houseful collections all over. It is the craze to watch Ram Charan that is pulling audiences to theaters. Although there is mixed response with story aspect in the film, it is running well with good collections. The film sits in position-1 of the toppers list of the week.

2. Yamadonga:
The film is still entertaining audiences despite the gush of new releases. Although there is a drop in collections when compared to previous weeks, the film is standing out to be a family and mass entertainer. The film sits in position-3 in the toppers list of the week.

3. Chandamama:
The film is attracting more and more audience to theaters and families are giving bigger response to it. The music turned a hit and the publicity aspect also added mileage for the film. The film being a very good family entertainer with no violence is appealing families. Ahuti Prasad got very big recognition in this film. It sits in position-2 of the toppers list of the week.

4. Yamagola:
The collections of the film are stable. Although the casting in the film is not big stars, it is doing well in many centers. It's only the comedy line with Yama Concept that is pulling the crowds to theatres. The title is the strength for the commercial success of the film. It sits in position-4 of the toppers list of the week.

5. Vijayadasami:
The film lost tempo at the box office in the first week itself. The old beaten track story adopted from Tamil flick didn't work out on Telugu screen. The film is proved to be a flop as it is losing its grip day by day. It sits in position-5 of the toppers list for this week.

Screen Talk: Happy Dallas = NJ + Bay Area

On Friday 28th September Sekhar Kammula’s Happy Days created a new record with the biggest ever attendance for a telugu movie in USA. Dallas telugu movie market is typically about 50% of the NJ and about 40% of Bay area markets. On Friday 500 watched Happy Days in bay area and about 700 in NJ. 1157 people watched it in Dallas, which means almost the number which is equal to NJ and Bay area put together( 500+700=1200). It is just unprecedented and happened on the same day the hyped ‘Chirutha’ got released.
