Bapu's Sundara Kanda
Bapu’s film with Allari Naresh and Charmme in the main leads is titled as Sundara Kanda. Bapu who is known for showing Telugu culture and heritage through his films is all set to show actress Charmme in the charming role of Pinky. Allari Naresh is the hero. K Aparna produces this film on Chaitra Cinema Circuit banner.
Rajamouli's Confidence Is Building Big
The confidence of Rajamouli is growing very big and his desire to make mythological film is going very firm. He says that if the film is made with conviction in a very presentable manner that suits the interest of contemporary audience, the mythology also would be sure hit. Rajamouli appears to be the only daring young director who is coming up with mythological idea. That's really appreciable and laudable.
ANR said yesterday in a meet that experiments should be done with respect to mythological films and that will fetch the actors and actresses to come out with their abilities.
"Today's films are monotonous and the same heroism is shown on everyone. Had I was born in this time, I wouldn't have made my mark", said ANR.
Rajamouli would certainly come up with his project and entertain us at least in first half of 2009. Good luck Rajamouli!
Devisri Plays Full Length Role On Screen
Devi Sri Prasad is now playing full length role on silver screen. He acted in a song of the film 'Shankardada Zinadabad' and joined his steps with Chiranjeevi. Now, he is striking the screen with MS Raju's 'Vana'. Tamil actor Vinay is acting in the film but not MS Raju's son Sumanth Ashwin as thought earlier. This is the remake of Kannada hit 'Mungaru Male'.
Devi Sri Prasad is given a prominent role in the film where he will also be dancing, says the sources. Some necessary changes are being made for this film from the original to suit to the interest levels of Telugu audiences.
The film would hit the floors in next month. Get glues to know more.

Namita is going for Body-reduction treatment as per the fresh Kollywood grapevine. She has the trade mark of heavy assets but they are growing beyond a limit where check is required, say many.
So, she is now approaching cosmetologists to shape up her body to right proportion and precise figure. The grapevines of this sort have come several times before but now, looking at the heat of competition, se decided to groom well. Nayantara did similar thing after Chandramukhi and turned slimmer. She turned the hot favorite for Simbhu and also made very big news in Kollywood. Now Namita also would join the list. We have to see which young star will be turning towards her once she turns slim.

Sivaji Raja said that he attempted to murder. Well, it is not any scene from any film or any fiction. It's true that Sivaji Raja confessed by sharing his past.
Sivaji Raja said, "I hail from Bhimavarama. Since childhood I was adamant and rude. I had bad friends' circle. I used to consume beers. Once I came to know that my father was scolded by some one. I traced out that person and jumped on him with a vegetable knife. I pierced the knife into him. He turned wet with blood. I have gone to underground. Later my father compromised with that person. But that person has rowdy back ground in neighboring village. My father was afraid that he would kill me at any time and hence shifted me to Hyderabad. I joined in Madhu Institute after some time and eventually turned an actor".
That way Sivaji Raja confessed about his attempt to murder issue publicly by sharing his past to a News Daily.
Sequel To 'Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari'
Just three days ago we presented news in Telugu version with heading 'Mallee Jagadeka Veerdu Athiloka Sundari'. We said in that, Charan Tej is playing tourist guide in 'Chirutha' like his father Chiranjeevi did in 'Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari'. Now the news is that the sequel to Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari is going to hit tinsel town. This is said by the producer Ashwini Dutt himself in an interview given to a Daily. The film would hit the floors in 2009 and Charan Tej may be playing lead in that.
The concept of the sequel is about the wonders done by a guy who was born to a man and an angel. Will it be like another KRRISH? We have to see how the film would fair well with this idea. Ashwini Dutt also said that the story part of the film is going on now.
The film would be either 3rd or 4th film of Charan Tej. The immediate film of Charan Tej after Chirutha would be with SS Rajamouli.

Chiru plan sends jitters in TD camp
The reports that Megastar Chiranjeevi might announce the launch of a new political party has sent jitters in the Telugu Desam camp.
Though TD president N Chandrababu Naidu is trying to put up a brave front by saying that there is no political vacuum in the State that would enable a third alternative to emerge in the State politics, his party leaders are admitting in private that Chiranjeevi's entry into politics would cause a severe dent to the TD, rather than to the Congress. Hitherto, the strength of the TD is backward classes and if Chiranjeevi establishes a new party, all these sections might turn their loyalty to the new party.
According to the political observers, the Megastar's entry into politics might cause a re-polarisation of all the political parties which are in a state of confusion about the future political scenario. While the Congress is sitting pretty with Rajasekhara Reddy at the helm of affairs, the biggest sufferers would be the TD and of course, the BJP. And if Chiranjeevi takes a positive stand on Telangana, even the TRS would get a big blow in the State, sources say.
