This is a stunning astonishing record never before and an ultimate overseas record for a Debutant Hero movie which shows the craze and expectations on the movie. The movie is slated for release on Sept 28, 2007 in record number of centers & Prints in overseas territories.

Tulasi - Overseas Release by Great India Films

Great India Films announces that they acquired the Overseas Theatrical and DVD rights of one of the most prestigious movies of the year Venkatesh's 'TULASI' (tentatively titled). The movie is produced by none other than Suresh Babu on renowned Suresh Productions banner and is directed by Boypati Srinu. The film has Nayanathara, the Lucky Mascot of Tollywood to give company to her Lakshmi counterpart Venakatesh. The film looks like a complete family entertainer with scintillating music by Devi Sri Prasad. Audio is hitting the market next week and the movie is expected to release on October'12.

Some of the highlights of the movie are:

# Venkatesh career is at all time high with 2 back-back blockbusters in the form of Lakshmi and AMAV .

# Tulasi is produced by D. Suresh Babu who has a great knack of creating blockbusters on prestigious Suresh Productions banner like Kalisundam Raa, Preminchukundam Raa, and Malliswari.

# The movie has lucky pair Venkatesh and Nayanthara after their blockbuster Lakshmi.

# The movie is directed by Boyapati Srinu who earlier made blockbuster Badra and the music is by Devi Sri Prasad who gave music to some of the chartbusters in recent years. This is the first film in the combination of Venkatesh, Boyapati Srinu and Devi Sri Prasad.
